With biting irony, the video shows that impossible husbandry at sanctuaries is supposedly the better alternative to zoos … but then again it doesn’t.
Note: Thanks to a dichotomy of picture and sound and by apparently adopting the position of a zoo opponent, the video makes the viewers aware of how absurd favouring sanctuaries, like that of the BCR, over accredited and certified zoos is. The irony of the April Fool’s joke definitely hits the mark.
